Kolaches aren't the only thing on the menu when it comes to the Kolache Fest!  We take the best of the best food vendors offering only the tastiest of treats and eats!

Its a foodie's favorite stop at any festival, the food trucks!  Each year we have a ton of food vendors apply but spots are limited so if you're looking to claim a spot apply asap!  

The Kolache Fest sees over 3K in foot traffic throughout the day so it's a great opportunity for any vendor!  Are you ready?

Rules and Regulations

 

Please read the following Kolache Fest Food Vendor rules and regulations.  Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth will result in dismissal from the current event and prohibited from return for future festivals as a vendor. If you have any questions, please call the Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce at (361) 798-2662.

 

Set Up Time:

·         BOOTH PAYMENT AND FORM MUST BE IN BEFORE SETUP!  You will not be allowed to set up if payment is not in!

·        Friday, September 25, 2026, any time after 5pm – No security provided.  Set-up at your own risk.

·        Set-Up Saturday, September 26, 2026, 6:00am-9:00am

·         No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area after 8:00AM.

·         You are asked to keep your booth open until 9:00PM.  The band plays until 11:00PM – You are welcome to keep your booth open until then if you choose.

  

  • The Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture reserves the right to decline any booth registration & reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave, at any time.

  • All exhibitors are responsible for set-up, breakdown, and clean-up.

  • Booth assignments will be on a first-paid registration basis.

  • All for profit exhibitors are required to show proof of a Temporary Food Permit

  • You are asked to keep your booth open until 9:00PM.  No early breakdown is allowed.

  • BOOTH FEES: You will be charged $150.00 per 10’ x 10’ booth space to reserve your spot. If you will be selling out of a trailer, you must reserve additional booth space(s) to accommodate your trailer. 

  • The Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce and the Hallettsville KC Hall will NOT provide tables, tents, fans, chairs, or any other supplies for your booth space - you must provide your own.

  •  There is no electricity provided for food trailers. Generators are allowed.

  • Failure to stay within your assigned booth space may result in removal from show.

  • No refund, rain or shine. 

  • No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area after 9:00 a.m.

  • Under no circumstances can lessee sublease booth space.

  • This is a “no exclusives” show.  There may be other vendors selling the same or like items as you.  Please consider this possibility prior to submitting your application.  You may not sell soda water or water as we have the KC Hall bar and a local non-profit selling these items.
