Kim Manley is the Regional Director for TDECU’s West Market (Crossroads), where she leads 10 financial centers with a strong focus on growth, member experience, and team development. With over 17 years in financial services, Kim is passionate about people-first leadership, building meaningful relationships, and community engagement. Kim and her husband, Coy, are actively involved in the community alongside their children through youth sports, local events, and volunteer efforts. She believes strong communities are built through connection, service, and collaboration—and is honored to help support and strengthen the place her family calls home.

Sammi Silgero ,owner of Helping Hearts Sitter Service is a business owner with a strong background in healthcare. In addition to managing her own company, she serves on various boards, where she leverages her expertise to drive strategic decisions and initiatives. Her unique combination of business acumen and healthcare experience positions her as a valuable leader in both sectors.

JoBeth Tieken serves as our Treasurer and is a valued member of the executive board. As the Branch Manager for TDECU in Hallettsville, she brings extensive knowledge and financial expertise to her role, contributing greatly to our organization’s success.

Barbara Koehn. My husband was born here in Hallettsville after spending over 20 years in the USAF. We decided to retire here and enjoy country living by  purchasing Aunt Carol’s Bed and  Breakfast. I am actively involved in many veterans' organizations, my church, and non-profit organizations.
