BOOTH RULES AND REGULATIONS
SET UP TIME:
· Friday, September 25, 2025 – NO EARLIER than 4pm – NO SECURITY PROVIDED. Set up at your own risk.
· Saturday, September 26, 2025, between 6:00am-9:00am
· NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED in the festival area after 8:00AM and BEFORE 8:00PM
· You are asked to keep your booth open until 8:00PM.
· PAYMENT AND FORM MUST BE IN BEFORE SETUP! You will not be allowed to set up if payment is not in!
· NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture reserve the right to decline any booth registration & reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time.
· Booth assignments will be on a first-paid registration basis. If you are a returning vendor, there is no guarantee that you will get the same spot you had the previous year.
· You are required to have a Sales Tax ID. Please have a copy displayed at your booth.
· No pets are allowed on KC Hall grounds.
· The independent sale of food and drinks for consumption on-site is prohibited.
· NO guns, knives, toy knives, water guns, toy guns, stink bombs, silly string, or any items that are considered to be a weapon or nuisance will be sold or allowed on the grounds. (Hunting knives or pocketknives will be allowed, with prior approval)
· The Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce and the Hallettsville KC Hall will NOT provide tables, tents, fans, chairs, extension cords or any other supplies for your booth space - you must provide your own.
· NO stink bombs or silly string will be sold or allowed on the grounds.
· Vendor trailers must be parked at the end of the parking lot closest to Hwy 77.
· This is a “no exclusives” show. There may be items available from other vendors like what you are selling.
Enclosed are my booth form and fee, and a list of items I plan to sell. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.
